Coastal Reset- Caswell Bay, Gower

Move - Plunge - Connect

Take part in our NEW Coastal reset sessions at beautiful Caswell Bay, Swansea for 2026! Relaxed, social experiences designed to bring people together through gentle movement, fresh air, and time in the sea.

We’ll begin with an easy coastal warm-up, a walk, or light jog- optional and always at a pace that suits you. Sea time adapts to the conditions. On calmer days, we’ll float, breathe, and relax in the water; when the surf is running, you can choose to bodyboard or simply flooat in the waves using buoyancy aids, no experience required.

We’ll finish back on the beach with hot drinks, a chance to warm up, chat, and connect, rounding off the session in a relaxed, social way. No pressure, no pretence, just a shared coastal reset that helps you move, breathe, connect, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and energised.

Your Session, Your Way

    • Coastal warm-up: Walk / jog / light run (you set the pace)

What It Is (in a nutshell)

  • Movement: Walk, jog or light run along the coastal path or Beach Games- Warm up before your cold dip!
  • Nature therapy: Wild coast, big skies, salt air—powerful mood shifters.
  • Cold-water reset: Float or bob on the gentle waves. If surf conditions exist option to Bodyboard also (conditions-dependent). Safe exposure can create a sharp mental “pattern break.”

FAQ

Is it safe to go in the sea in winter?

Yes—with the right kit and plan. We bring winter wetsuits, buoyancy aids, and bodyboards, and keep sessions short, supervised, and condition-appropriate.

Do I have to go in the water?

No. You can stick to the coastal walk or beach social if that’s right for you that day.

I’m nervous. Will I hold people back?

Not at all. We run small, supportive groups with multiple options. Your pace = the right pace.

What if the surf looks wild?

We adapt. That might mean a sheltered dip, a float session, gentle bodyboarding, or a longer coastal walk. Safety first, smiles second, everything else third.

Minimum age?

10+ (under-18s with a supervising adult). Our general activities aren’t suitable for under-10s.
