Every participant is kitted out with a high-quality winter wetsuit to keep you insulated in cold water, along with a buoyancy aid for extra support and a helmet for head protection as you navigate through the gorge.

On the day, quite a few of our group were a little nervous and Neil, our instructor, was excellent with our mixed ability group.
