On the last day of your Wales adventure weekend enjoy a day at the stunning Gower Peninsula beach. Take part in a variety of water sports, including surf kayaking, surfing, and bodyboarding. Even in mild surf conditions, our sit-on-top kayaks provide endless fun, riding the smallest waves to shore. Stand-up paddleboarding is also available for flat conditions, ensuring a great time for everyone no matter the weather. What Equipment do you Need for the Brecon Beacons Activity Weekend?
Your safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary gear for your gorge walking adventure in South Wales, including winter wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, and optional neoprene socks and gloves for colder weather. Simply bring a pair of old trainers or boots for a comfortable and secure experience.
For wild camping, we suggest bringing a sleeping bag and mat, and you may bring a tent if you like. An evening meal may be included, but please pack a lunch and consider bringing snacks and bottles of water. On the day, quite a few of our group were a little nervous and Neil, our instructor, was excellent with our mixed ability group.
